Writers in genre
And for fun, you can play Lemmings online!
Take a ride on Rhian’s Monday Poetry Train and feel free to join in!
brilliant, concise and appropriate for the times. Sooooo glad you’re back and managed to hop back on board! I missed your offerings THIS much (hands spread from one end of the room to the other…swear!)
GREAT photos by the way – enjoyed running thru them!
Why thank you! Guess it’s obvious I feel we should embrace all the different, wonderful and even zany aspects of genre writers. 😉
Wonderful haiku – the ending gives it punch. Great visual with it, too.
I think I have ‘lemminged’ sometimes, just a bit 🙂
groovy poem – reminds me not to be a Lemming!!
We all “lemming” sometimes. But oh, isn’t it great when we just be ourselves? 🙂
As the president of the “Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Lemmings”
I heartily endorse this poem.
Loved your haiku. I tried the game, and evidently I’m not a very good lemming (sigh).
defy all who claim genre
need be generic.
LOL! What a wonderful (and painfully true) poem.
Hi Robin! It was great to put a face to the type!
Oh, a haiku response. Joy, you rock. 😉
Ann, there are a couple of places in that game where I didn’t budge. One of them it was the first level. (hanging head in shame.)
Hi Sniv! All moved in???
Hi Rhetorically–welcome to the Snark. I had to blow up some lemmings and felt really bad. Don’t report me, kay?
Yikes, I like to think I’m not a lemming. I don’t want to be a lemming. But I’m going to follow your link and play lemmings. 🙂
This haiku referred to everyone no matter what side of the fence they were on in the debate. Diversity on opinions is just as important as diversity on personal style and representation. IMHO. 🙂
Have fun with the game. If you figure out that first level of mayhem, share the tip. 😉
Yup! All moved in! Though, not necessarily all unpacked.
Eh, what are a few boxes?
